Mid-Winter Art Show
January 8-31, 2010
The Friends of Franklin Park Arts Center invite you
come view to their inaugural Mid-Winter Invitational Art Show! All
artwork will be for sale. Artists were invited to submit their work
for this show to promote the Western Loudoun Artists Studio Tour in
June. Most artists in the show have exhibited on former Studio
Tours.
The show will be on view at Franklin Park Arts Center January 8-31.
The Arts Center is open weekdays from 9 – 5 and weekends during
concerts and events.
The public is invited to attend a reception for the artists at
Franklin Park Arts Center on Sunday, January 17th from 3 – 5 pm.
Free
and open to the public - Presented by Franklin Park Arts Center,
Round Hill Arts Center, Loudoun Academy of the Arts Foundation
and Friends of Franklin Park Arts Center.
The Western Loudoun Artists Studio Tour
weekend features opportunities to
visit the working studios of
49 talented
artists while enjoying a picturesque drive
through beautiful and historic western
Loudoun County, VA.
The tour is free
to the public.
Enjoy
paintings, photography, sculpture,
demonstrations, children's activities and
much, much more! Talk
personally with the artists, purchase
artwork, view demonstrations and exhibits,
and enter an on-line auction or door prize
drawing!

The 2009 booklets should be available by June 1st. at
sponsoring Arts Centers, visitor centers, local businesses, lodging and
dining establishments, libraries, as
well as distributed by the artists to their clients.
Booklets will also be available during the tour at all of
the artists’ studios.
