About
the Artist:

My travels abroad and several years living in
Tokyo influence my more recent work. Since returning to the
U.S. in 2002, I have focused on printmaking, including
etchings, lithography, linocuts and woodcuts. My themes
include animals and nature, abstract mixed media, and
sociopolitical topics. I etch my zinc plates in an
environmentally-friendly etching tank using electrolysis
rather than toxic acids.
